The Major Local Community Events Grants Program provides funding to support locally initiated events that significantly benefit Frankston City residents and build local capacity for participation in, celebratory, cultural and artistic activities.

Calling local creatives! The Mornington Peninsula Shire's Creative Community Grant round is now open. Grants of up to $5,000 are available for incorporated non-profit organisations to work on a creative project with a local community benefit within the municipality.

Following the success of the 2016 professional development program GENERATE, FCAC is pleased to offer a continuing 10-part series in 2017. Following feedback from participants, the program has been revised with new and continued workshops, aiming to: •Build skills and capacities across sectors in working effectively with communities •Further best practice in arts management, partnership brokerage and cultural competency •Support new networks and opportunities for professional experience
