Creative Community Grants provide an opportunity for groups to express themselves in diverse and unique ways, while connecting with others. The Mornington Peninsula Shire recognises that investment in its creative community contributes to building stronger and more vibrant places and spaces to work, live, and visit through increasing participation and access to creative endeavour.

Priority will be given to projects and organisations that focus on strengthening the cultural vitality of communities and programs that complement the Shire’s identified priorities as per the Council Plan 2021 and other related strategies. Creative Community Grants support groups to deliver projects that develop, explore and express Mornington Peninsula Shire’s diverse cultural heritage, creative practice, and foster opportunities for community to experience and participate.

Applications can be made between Thursday 28 September and Thursday 26 October 2017. Please make sure you have read through and understand the grant guidelines before making an application.
