Cathy M. Donnelly is a local author and has published two books – DISTANT WHISPERS, a reincarnation novel, and THERE IS A PLACE, a Scottish historical novel. She is a member of the Frankston Writers Block group and the Historical Fiction Society. Cathy is currently working on her third novel.
