Check the fixture, slip on some sports gear and head to MPRG and the Civic Reserve Recreation Centre for an art and sports day in the April school holidays. Enjoy activities, demonstrations, a giant rock climbing wall and creative arts activities designed for the whole family. View artists at work, join an age-appropriate tour of Play On: The art of sport exhibition and discover how artists reflect on sporting culture in Australia.
Dress up in your favourite sports uniform, have your face painted to support our Aussie athletes at the Commonwealth Games and shoot goals in the Peninsula North Playball activity pitch. See demonstrations in the Gallery from MYC Gymnastics and Peninsula Kung Fu whilst the Civic Reserve Recreation Centre will be hosting basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and more.
