Want to see your work in print?  Don’t know how to get started or need some tips for success?  This introductory session to self-publishing will include turning your manuscript into a ready-to-print file, print and eBook options, getting your book into the hands of readers, developing your author platform and marketing your book, and a Q&A.

Deborah Lee will be facilitating this workshop. She joined Ingram Lightning Source in 2014. She began her publishing career as a sales rep in the trade market 30 years ago, before moving to educational publishing where she became a publisher of academic and professional texts. She has worked with publishers large and small, from multinationals to independents and from scholarly presses to not-for-profit organisations. She is delighted to now provide print-on-demand and global distribution solutions to a diverse range of publishers, directly addressing changing market demands.

Join Deborah Lee of Ingram Spark at Frankston Library on Wednesday 14 November at 6pm. This is a FREE event but bookings are essential. Bookings open on Tuesday 30 October. Phone 9784 1020 or book online library.frankston.vic.gov.au/whats_on
