Gary Friedman has been a socio-political puppeteer and documentary maker his whole life. He worked under Jim Henson, creator of The Muppets, at the Institut International de la Marionnette in France. With his support and mentorship, Gary created “Puppets Against AIDSâ€, a program that catapulted his career onto the global stage. In recent years, Gary has recently started a film stop-motion animation studio on the Mornington Peninsula and still teaches and conducts workshops at International schools and universities globally.
